Where We Ship We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — watch this space!

Dispatch Times All Northern Nomes are handcrafted in our Scottish workshop. Please allow 7–10 working days for dispatch, though we always aim to get your Nome on its way sooner. During busy periods or workshop closures, dispatch times may be slightly longer — we'll always let you know.

Delivery We ship via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
